The aesthetic of the Riversands Outlet Park blends contemporary and traditional materials and references the finishes of Victorian industrial architecture.

Located in the Riversands Commercial Park, the Riversands Outlet Park serves as a mixed-use development for smaller and mid-sized businesses. It combines functional space for storage, warehousing or manufacturing, as well as a customer interface and showroom out of which to trade. Reclaimed and aged red brick, sheet metal, translucent sheeting, dark painted steel and timber detail the spacious facilities.

To create a distinct landmark with high visibility along Century Boulevard (the main arterial of the greater Riversands Commercial Park) the two buildings facing the road have double volume capacity and bold, signature, wayfinding graphics.

The three buildings alongside the gatehouse with its tall tower form mirrored L-shapes to extend visibility for tenants to the street frontage and create a cohesive destination entrance into the park.
