We have experience on a range of retail projects and sizes. From large iconic malls such as The Pavillion (Durban) and Fourways Mall (Johannesburg) in South Africa and the Two Rivers Mall ( Nairobi) in Kenya to the smaller lifestyle centres such as the Kumasi Mall (Kumasi) and Achimota Mall (Accra) in Ghana.

The practice has pioneered the development of retail centres in small towns and recognises the role these spaces play as a centralised social gathering point for the communities they serve. Stimela Crossing Mall (Barberton) South Africa is the most recent of these projects completed, while the notion of retail servicing specific communities is carried through in the Richmond Retail Centre located in the industrial Richmond Park in the Western Cape, South Africa.
