Key Responsibilities to include:

•  Prepare architectural drawings, construction documentation, and technical specifications.
• Lead conceptual design, project management, site supervision, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee project management, coordination, and contract administration.
• Develop presentation materials and technical drawings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Prepare project reports and ensure timely delivery.

Minimum Criteria and Requirements of Applicants:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Registration with BORAQS (Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors).
• 5+ years of professional working experience in architectural design and project management.
• Mandatory proficiency in Revit.
• Strong skills in SketchUp, BIM, 3D modeling, and rendering.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, construction standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, structural details, and engineering input.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on construction projects.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and expertise in design and building code compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
