We’re delighted to share that Boogertman + Partners has won the highest honour in the Architecture – Multiple Residence category for the African region at the International Property Awards (IPA), announced at an awards ceremony in London on Friday, 16 January.
The award recognises The One, Stellenbosch, which received a five-star award last year for Best Architecture in its category in South Africa, earning it nomination for the regional title.
Boogertman + Partners director André Wright was in London to accept the award and is pictured on stage with Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards.
André congratulated the Boogertman + Partners team who conceptualised and designed the project, which has enjoyed a remarkable year, securing several other accolades including SAPOA, Big 5, and Construction World Best Projects awards.
He also thanked our clients and development partners for their vision, recognising the potential of high-quality student residential developments to act as catalysts for broader urban regeneration.
