Limitation of Liability. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Boogertman + Partners (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on visualisations, renders, or other indicative materials, including any inaccuracies or visual artefacts inherent in digital or automated processes.
Enforcement of Rights. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials contained herein may constitute infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights, and may result in civil liability and/or criminal prosecution under South African law. Boogertman + Partners (Pty) Ltd reserves all rights and remedies available at law, including the right to claim damages and to seek interdict relief.
