The Rockplant Proposed Logistics Park is designed as an industrial and logistics hub strategically located in Nairobi, near major transportation infrastructures such as Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Wilson Airport, and key roadways. Covering a site area of 40,470 m², the development includes a head office building, workshop, parts unit, canteen, showroom rental units, and extensive warehouse space. The ground floor of the head office features 8,080 m² of public spaces, workshops, and display areas, while the first and second floors provide 2,635 m² of office, canteen, and storage spaces. Additional mini units offer 16,445 m² of rental warehouses and showrooms. This project typology focuses on logistics and industrial functions, facilitating efficient commercial operations through its modern and practical design.
The Rockplant Proposed Logistics Park will serve as a critical node for industrial activity in Nairobi, providing comprehensive facilities to support large-scale logistics and commercial operations with a focus on sustainability and strategic location.
