The new T-System offices will be based in Midrand , with visibility from the highway. The Intention was to create a green star-rated building that becomes a signboard to the highway, shelters occupants from noise pollution, and responds to the fall of the site as well as its wetlands. The building is designed to be built in phases for future-proofing options.
