Key Responsibilities to include:

• Lead and contribute to mixed-use and commercial projects from initiation to finalization.
• Produce accurate Revit drawings based on client briefs.
• Assist with graphic design for project presentations.
• Support 3D visualizations (beneficial skill, not a key responsibility).
• Prepare and coordinate council submission documents (SDPs and Building Plans).
• Generate and coordinate working drawings with other disciplines.
• Attend site meetings and proactively address project delays.
• Conduct independent site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Provide effective leadership to motivate and guide project teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Minimum Criteria and Requirements of Applicants:

• Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch/B.Arch).
• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience.
• SACAP registered (or Candidate).
• B+P Revit Assessment (minimum 60% score).
• Proficient in designing proposals by hand and/or Revit.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Master Suite (graphic design).
• Familiarity with 3D visualization software (beneficial).
• Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
