Key Responsibilities to include:

• Create accurate sketch illustrations based on client briefs.
• Assist with graphic design for presentation purposes.
• Contribute to 3D visualizations of project proposals.
• Prepare and coordinate council submission documentation (including SDP and Building Plans).

Minimum Criteria and Requirements of Applicants:

• Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch / M.Tech).
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong ability to produce detailed sketch proposals.
• Passion for design and innovative architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Successful completion of the B+P Revit Assessment with a minimum score of 60%.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
• Intermediate experience with 3D visualization software (e.g., Twinmotion, Lumion) for presentations.
