Urban Furniture and wayfinding design
To provide cohesive primary and wayfinding signage, and brand alignment for the Richmond Park Industrial Estate, a system of integrated street furniture, road lights, and signage was designed. Using concrete and bent steel materials with the imprinted Richmond Park branding the estate presents strong, differentiated urban design detailing for tenants and visitors.
Mustek Office and Warehouse
Head Office and warehouse facilities for Mustek completed in 2018. The 4174sqm site includes a customer care centre, a technical repair centre and distribution facilities.
Cape Fruit Coolers (CFC)
A world-class, state-of-the-art cold-storage facility for fruit export and cold steri markets. The whole facility is cooled,and has various rooms with cooling capabilities ranging from ambient down to -5° C. The design layout of this 10 000sqm facility envisaged for completion in two phases is productivity-driven.
