A proposal for refurbishing the existing Forum and Bath Church auditorium space including the addition of two possible residential layers at the top of the building.

It was envisaged that the redesigned classical building along with additional residential units and retail offering at street level would create a vibrant urban precinct. The refurbished auditorium would be used for the anchor tenant the Bath Church yet also attract other entertianment offerings and events.
